Books are a big love of mine, so I decided to design a series by Laini Taylor. It’s a modern, dark fantasy series about a romance between a girl involved with chimeras and a male seraph. I focused on bringing out one of the significant themes of the books to portray on the covers: Teeth. And because the books are moving towards a climax, I wanted to show that through the teeth becoming more and more fractured as the series goes on. The types of teeth and the colors are significant as well.
