Previously known as the National Nuclear Security Administration-Minority Serving Institution Partnership Program (NNSA-MSIIP),
NNSA-IMPACT is a partnership program with the U.S. Department of Energy. They offer career development support and create pathways from higher education to NNSA National Labs, Plants, and Site Facilities.

The program is relatively young, so I was excited to work on the development of their branding, as well as the updated logo with the name change. 

​

The customer wanted the logo to look like a badge and the inclusion of the atomic symbol was a must. A nod toward education was also included. The color scheme is pulled from NNSA branding with an emphasis on the blue and orange to keep things fresh.
